Anytime I see something tiny and cute, I can’t help but get Homer Simpson’s voice in my head: “They’re cute because they’re little!” But these mini quiches really are cute, little – and delicious. The egg and cheese are a savory filling for the flaky, buttery rolls.
I used a mini muffin pan, but you could also use a standard-sized muffin pan for these – just cut the biscuits a little larger.
Ingredients:
1 can crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
6-8 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Roll out crescent dough and, using a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass, cut out enough rounds to fill your muffin tin. Press into muffin tin.
In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, Worcestershire and cheese. Pour into prepared pan, and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake about 20 minutes, or until the egg has set and a knife inserted into a quiche comes out clean. Let cool, and serve.

That looks delicious – and what a great idea to make mini quiches. They would be perfect for entertaining!
yum! what a great recipe!
Thanks for your comments! They’re great for entertaining – as hors d’oeuvres or part of a breakfast/brunch, and so fun to eat. Actually, a little too fun to eat – it’s hard to eat just a few!
lovely and delicious variation! Also, children will love it with just one gulp! I’m sure they will love them as well as adults! thank you for sharing.
oo these look like they would be great for breakfast!
I have only made mini quiches without a crust. I love the idea of using cresecent rolls.
Looks great for the upcoming holidays.
I love this idea and think my kids would devour them in their lunch boxes. They look great!

Thank you Tastespotting!
I’m in love with this idea. I have a secret love affair with crescent rolls as it is. The possibilities are endless with this method. Thank you for a fantastic and easy recipe.
How many does this make? Would one egg be enough if I was going to use a normal muffin tin?
Hi Juliet,
I am in love those cute little quiches..good idea to bring for potluck party and thanks so much for sharing the recipe
Geralyn, No problem, thanks for your compliments.
Keener, It made about 20 minis, so maybe about 10 or so in a regular muffin tin?
Elin, Thank you!
These look amazing – I love mini anything!
Is 1 egg really enough for 20 mini quiches? Other recipes I see call for 4 eggs.I just want to be sure .
Thanks, everyone, for your comments!
@Dorothy, yes just one egg is needed.
Do these freeze well?
